I contracted Angiuli & Gentile to do needed Surrogate court paperwork. Three years ago I reviewed this firm because of other legal issues. NY Surrogate paperwork can be a pain especially considering when going through the stress of a death. Stefanie DeMario and her law clerks efficiently and quickly handled what was needed by the court – the petition and affidavits, explanation of the court’s response and the final account report. Also, their instructions on setting up and the handling of the estate account. Any question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I was very pleased that Angiuli & Gentile took care of the estate issues and paperwork burden.
Divorce/Child Custody and Family Law
It is with great pleasure that I write this post on behalf Nicholas Pedersen. I came across Nick’s photo and short history approximately seven or eight months ago after an unsatisfactory experience with another. I looked over names and short histories but for some reason I was drawn to Mr. Pedersen. My case was a custody case and required someone who was not only knowledgeable but also able to deal with difficult personalities and situation I had no way of knowing my Guardian Angel let me know that I should go with him. He was accessible, responsive and able to interact with difficult personalities. personalities. I also found him to be also a good listener. He was able to bring my case to a positive conclusion without jeopardizing my granddaughter’s well-being. I honestly believe that my case would have gone on for at least another year if I hadn’t changed my legal representation.
As you can see, I’ve given 5 stars in my review. This law firm, especially my lawyer, Jessica, deserves 10 stars. Every person I worked with at this firm was attentive, polite, informative; consummate professionals. Great law firm. I was looking for a lawyer and called several places no one could schedule me immediately it was at least 3-5 days even up to more than a week wait for an appointment. I was desperate I needed a lawyer fast. I called Angiuli & Gentile. I was given an appointment same day. I met with Mr. Nicholas Pendersen. After our meeting and reviewing my case. He assured me he’d represent me. He was caring, concerned and thorough with obtaining all the facts of my case. He made me feel I had come to the right place and I finally felt some relief and promise that I would be reunited with my son again. I am in a custody battle to have my son most of the time. If it wasn’t for Mr. Pendersen the other parent would’ve and still would be keeping me from seeing my son. Best decision I ever made!
